The Ken Spears Construction Solution
Our team worked to incorporate the existing decorative trim on the exterior of the windows while installing vinyl insulated glass windows and a new double door. These changes allow the family to open the windows to let fresh air flow through the space when the weather is nice or keep them closed when the weather turns cool.
We stained the exterior to freshen the look of the gazebo. Our pros improved the look of the interior with the addition of rustic knotty pine lining. Storage was added in the form of a bench that also provided extra seating.
As lighting was a concern for our clients, we used up lights and downlights in concert to provide the right balance of indirect lighting. We addressed storage issues by building a cabinet area for a refrigerator and additional storage. Our professionals also installed electrical outlets to allow for the addition of a television in the future.
Our clients started with an outdated backyard gazebo that they weren’t able to use year-round. Ken Spears Construction revived the space, made it more functional, and enabled the family to use their gazebo throughout the year. We look forward to upgrading your outdoor space, creating the oasis that you deserve. We also specialize in a variety of remodeling projects including kitchen remodeling.
