How Was the Problem Solved?
The Ken Spears Construction team started by removing the outdated pink tile and expanding the shower enclosure. We applied gray paint, lengthening the look of the room. We replaced the long glass mirror with two circular framed mirrors in the new marble countertop over each sink.
Slate gray tile and black hardware and fixtures added to the updated look. The white tile that surrounds the tub is attractive and easy to clean and keeps water from the painted walls. We replaced the narrow linen closet with open shelving that allows for storage and decorative display space. White doors and cabinetry opened the area and provided a better flow for the eye.
Our Sycamore, Il clients began with a dated pink tile bathroom that seemed cramped. Ken Spears Construction opened up the room and shower with a bathroom remodel that improved their time in the space and offered better functionality.
