Project Overview
When our clients wanted to bring the spa home, we knew it would be an experience like no other. The beauty of their bathroom is only rivaled by its spaciousness and style, two things they didn’t have before! We created a plan that included everything from installing deep soaking tubs for them to enjoy this oasis together to adding modern flair throughout with beautiful stone accents on every surface possible, from flooring all way up through sinks or Vanities.

How We Solved the Problem
After our initial in-home consultation, our design team created a design offering space, luxury, and a modern feel. Collaborating with the homeowners to select the new materials and design elements, we ordered everything needed for the new look. The work began when we removed the existing tub, tile, cabinetry, and mirror in the primary bathroom.
We then incorporated a large soaking tub accented with oversized wall tile. We extended the large tile onto the floor, opening up the room. A vanity in teak, perfect for wet areas, was installed. It features a solid surface top for functionality and a single bowl sink offset to the right.
We combined vertical shelving in paint and stain to create an interesting flow. The new mirror offers two views, straight ahead and to the side. The radiator was masked with a cover, providing additional shelf space.
Our Sycamore, Il homeowners were pleased with the results and expressed this during our final walkthrough. As we said goodbye, they had the assurance that our general warranty would back the work for two years in addition to manufacturers’ warranties.
